If you are opening a True Wealth account anyway, there is no reason to do it without the reader credit. Readers of this site get a CHF 100 fee credit using the code INVEHERO. It is the same offer other Swiss sites run with their own codes, so nobody is doing you a special favour here, but the credit is real and it is worth having.
Below: what the credit is actually worth in francs, how to make sure it lands, and who should probably not bother.

Open through this link and the code travels with you. CHF 100 comes off the fees True Wealth charges you.
How to make sure the credit actually lands
The link does the work for you, so there is nothing to type. What is worth knowing is exactly what a successful claim looks like, so that you can spot a failed one.
- Open through the link aboveIt carries the code with it, so you do not have to type anything. Go direct to truewealth.ch and sign up cold and there is nothing for me to attach the credit to.
- Look for the green confirmationEarly in the signup, on the screen where True Wealth asks who the account is for, a green panel appears reading INVEHERO discount is active with CHF 100 fee credit underneath. That panel is the whole thing. If you can see it, the credit is attached and there is nothing else to do.
- If the panel is missing, fix it before fundingAn ad blocker, a privacy extension or a link retyped by hand can strip the code before it reaches True Wealth. Open the link again in a fresh tab and watch for the panel. Failing that, enter INVEHERO in the fee section of your account settings, or ask True Wealth support to apply it. Sort it before you transfer money in; it is a routine request and they are quick about it.
- Then fund the accountThe credit applies to True Wealth’s own management fee. It does not cover the underlying fund costs, which are charged inside the ETFs themselves and are not something any provider can waive.

What CHF 100 is actually worth
True Wealth charges 0.50% per year on its own management fee, with average product costs of about 0.12% per year on top (truewealth.ch, checked 10 August 2026). The credit only offsets the first of those two.
| If you invest | True Wealth fee per year | What the credit covers |
|---|---|---|
| CHF 10,000 invested | About CHF 50 a year in True Wealth fees | Credit covers roughly two years |
| CHF 20,000 invested | About CHF 100 a year in True Wealth fees | Credit covers roughly your first year |
| CHF 50,000 invested | About CHF 250 a year in True Wealth fees | Credit covers roughly five months |
| CHF 100,000 invested | About CHF 500 a year in True Wealth fees | Credit covers roughly two and a half months |
So it is a meaningful head start on a small portfolio and a rounding error on a large one. Worth claiming either way, but it should not be the reason you choose the provider.
Who this is not for
A fee credit is not a reason to open an account you did not want. If you are still deciding, read the full True Wealth review first, where the fees, the portfolio construction and the things I do not like are all set out. True Wealth is a hands-off, automated portfolio. If you want to pick individual shares, it is the wrong product and no credit fixes that.
If you are comparing against the other Swiss robo-advisors, the guide to investing in Switzerland has them side by side.
True Wealth promo code FAQ
What is the True Wealth code for Investing Hero readers?
INVEHERO. Open through the link on this page and the code applies itself; a green panel reading INVEHERO discount is active confirms the CHF 100 fee credit.
Is the CHF 100 real money?
It is a credit against the management fee True Wealth charges you, not a cash payment into your portfolio. It reduces what you pay rather than adding to what you hold.
Does the credit cover the ETF costs too?
No. It offsets True Wealth’s own fee of 0.50% per year. The underlying product costs, averaging around 0.12% per year, are charged inside the funds and cannot be waived by anyone.
What if I already opened an account?
The referral cannot normally be applied retrospectively. If your account is very new it is worth asking True Wealth support, but do not count on it.
Do you get paid if I use the link?
Yes. Investing Hero may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and the CHF 100 credit you receive is unaffected by that.

Open through this link and check the green confirmation shows before you transfer any money in.
