Every calculator, comparison and guide on this site, grouped by the question you are trying to answer rather than by when it was published. New tools get added here first.

Questions about these tools

Are the calculators free?

Yes, and the full result appears on the page. Nothing is hidden behind an email address. An email is only asked for if you want a saved copy of your own result as a file.

How current are the figures?

Every page carries the date its figures were checked, in the table header or the sources footer. Tax rates and pillar 3a limits are updated when the federal announcements land, which is autumn for the following year.

Why are some tools German only?

A few were built for the Swiss-German audience first, because that is where the demand for them showed up. They work the same whatever language you read them in, and English versions follow.

About this page. Everything listed here is maintained rather than published and forgotten. Comparison pages are re-checked against provider pricing pages on a schedule, calculators are updated when the underlying rates change, and every page states the date it was last verified.
